Does it actually taste like beer?
Yes. The Triple Hopped IPA is properly hoppy. It's not the thin, sweet stuff most AF brands put out. The Hazy Pale is solid too - lighter but still has body. The Lager is fine, nothing amazing, but drinkable.
What are ashwagandha and L-theanine?
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen - been used for thousands of years in traditional medicine. Studies show it reduces cortisol (stress hormone).
